We're not a big commercial hotel; we're a small, comfy bed and breakfast, with the feel of home. Relax on a porch, on the grassy lawn, in sun or shade, walk in the woods (5 acres of gently forested woodland), listen to the sound of the babbling brook meandering through the forest. Visit a beautiful Buddhist Temple, at Kadampa Meditation Center, a short walk away. A short drive is the Scenic Byway (Rt. 97), winding along the upper Delaware river valley thru the quaint hamlets of Barryville, Narrowsburg and Callicoon.

We continue to manage a healthy environment with use of, keyless entry, easy "no contact" check-in/out process, no "back to back" reservations. Of course we use CDC approved cleaners and cleaning methods for your health and safety.
Guests may enjoy breakfast or "just coffee" in the dining room, or on the outdoor front deck, weather permitting. We specialize in "special diets" i.e. gluten free, vegan, low/no sugar; advance notice please. We can also accommodate an occasional dinner meal; at an additional cost, with advance notice.
A shared fridge and Keurig are available.
